Thank you for using AeroX, the solution that turns your home trainer into a virtual wind tunnel.
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the AeroX service.
By creating an account or using AeroX, you fully accept these terms.

1. Definitions

  • AeroX: the application developed by the AeroX company (independent project based in France).
  • Service: all features provided by AeroX (software, website, simulator, etc.).
  • User: any adult individual using AeroX.
  • Account: personal access allowing the User to use the Service after registration and, where applicable, payment of a subscription.

2. Purpose

These Terms of Use define the rights and obligations of AeroX and the User regarding the use of the Service.

3. Account Creation and Use

  • Access to AeroX requires the creation of a personal account.
  • The information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.
  • Each account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
    👉 Account sharing (loan, resale, or transfer of credentials) is prohibited and may result in suspension or deletion of the account.

4. Subscriptions and Usage

  • Full access to the Service requires payment of a subscription or specific plan.
  • Each subscription includes up to 30 hours of use per month.
  • If additional hours are needed, the User must contact AeroX (contact@aeroxbefaster.com) to obtain an extension or suitable offer.
  • AeroX reserves the right to charge additional fees or limit access in the event of excessive or disproportionate use.

5. Service Operation

  • AeroX provides real-time aerodynamic analysis via webcam and connected home trainer.
  • AeroX does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability (maintenance, updates, improvements).
  • The User is responsible for their own equipment (home trainer, bike, camera, computer).

6. User Obligations

The User agrees to:

  • use AeroX exclusively for its intended sporting and personal purposes,
  • not misuse the Service for commercial, fraudulent, or unlawful purposes,
  • respect the usage limits described in Section 4,
  • not attempt to bypass security systems or access the source code.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • AeroX makes every reasonable effort to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions.
  • AeroX shall not be held liable for any injury, data misinterpretation, or inappropriate use of the Service.
  • In any case, AeroX’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the current subscription period.

8. Termination

  • The User may cancel their subscription at any time.
  • AeroX may suspend or delete an account in the event of fraud, breach of these Terms, or abusive use.

9. Personal Data

  • AeroX collects and processes certain data (e.g. performance metrics, email) to provide the Service.
  • Such data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

  • These Terms of Use are governed by French law.
  • In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before taking legal action.
